So here is some information about me:

I am a very honest and candid person. I take pride in being approachable and friendly but can become very zealous when advocating for my customers. If you need to get a quick real estate update and know what is going on in my “neck of the woods”, then I am the perfect agent for you.

Here are some of the things I can promise you as your real estate agent:

Responsiveness: I will return your phone calls, texts, and emails! I am amazed at how often people share their frustration about agents not returning their call. I get many calls, daily emails and work hard to reply to them as quickly as possible.

Knowledge of purchase process: Knowing all the ins and outs of transactions are a must. There are so many specific things that you need to be aware of when you are working in our area (Like HOA, CDD, etc.)

Negotiations Skills: There are times when people think I am not the nicest but that is only when they stood between my customers and their real estate goals J Then there are those who think I am the best thing that ever happened to them (not really). Those are two extremes, and most of my past customer’s opinions are that I got the job done and I did it well!

Experience: Do you wonder if I have experience in what you need? Until we meet and you tell me what you need, there is no way of knowing. But I have handled a variety of transactions from first time home buyers, vacation homes, investment properties as well as 1031 and FIRPTA sales. If you need something not listed, don’t worry. Please contact me anyway as I can probably refer you to the type of Realtor you might need.

I cannot forget to mention that I am CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist). I do speak fluently in English, Slovak, and Czech. I do understand some German and am desperately trying to learn Spanish these days.

Let me finish up on a personal note. I am a mom of two great kids, married to a chef (don’t envy me just yet, he does not cook at home). I love to travel, try new cuisines and drink great wine. Honesty and loyalty to my family, friends, and clients are what I pride myself on the most!
